Good physical condition, no problem at the knees and back.
Learn to swim.
No fear of water and claustrophobia.
Weight above 40kg.
Personal equipment:
Trekking shoes or boots (they get wet!) and dry shoes for afterwards
a bathing suit, a spare baselayer, towel
Material supplied by the guides:
Equipment for canyoning: Harness, helmet, carabiners, Wet Suite.
Possible doubts: doubts, further information and requests should be clarified with the Alpine Guide the day before departure in order to organize any client needs in time.
